In this stage, you'll complete a short take-home assignment and a Zoom interview with the hiring team, participate in cross-functional interviews, and meet with additional colleagues and/or future direct reports.
Meet with an executive leader to ensure alignment with Zapier’s high standards and mission-driven culture.
After the final interview, we evaluate candidates against our rubrics.
We use HiPeople for references, conduct live reference checks, and use Certn for background checks, ensuring your current employer isn’t contacted without consent.
